Cool-ix offers a comfortable GUI to manage the necessary cold chain relevant parameters. Essentially, these are only (!!) “temperature ranges” and related “material-specific limits or budgets”.
..it doesn’t get any leaner than this.
All further information required for the logic (e.g. few information from material master, topology or stock) are supplied via interfaces and are “read-only” in Cool-ix.
Your connected systems report cold chain-relevant events to the Cool-ix Cloud. There, these events are processed and, based on your defined criteria, the current cooling values are accumulated.
Cool-ix provides the current cooling values on request. Both current and historical data can be provided.
This information is provided either as a simple indication (i.e. red/yellow/green) or as a complete Value List.

Most communication standards are already covered out of the box. Many interfaces to standard systems are already available.

Prozessmanagement and Specification
- We clarify your desired to-be-process and necessary IT integration with you.
- From this, we extract your customer-specific requirements and incorporate them into our existing Standard URS. In doing so, we also identify necessary adjustments to the systems (to your systems and to Cool-ix) and define your migration and cut-over-phase.
- Subsequently, we create your specific implementation concept (functional and technical).
Development, Screening and Validation
- We implement necessary customization developments with our proven agile methods.
- After the first pre-release, we start process-oriented E2E tests in an integrated environment together with you.
- Optionally, the necessary activities regarding CSV (Computer Software Validation) start in parallel.
- Development and validation follow a “risk-based delta approach”, i.e. only what has been changed needs to be developed and validated.
Commissioning, Cut-Over and Hypercare
- After completion of development and validation, we are ready for Cut-Over and GoLive.
- We also provide support for any necessary data migration. If requested, we take over commissioning and Hypercare-Support. Online and at On-Site.
